All five will invoice. None of them keeps the books.
NinjaOne, Kaseya 365, Atera, Datto RMM and Syncro are the five an MSP shortlists against us, and on RMM, patching and remote access they are formidable. The gap opens somewhere else: what happens after the ticket closes and the invoice goes out. Everything below was read off each vendor’s own documentation.
Twenty-four rows, read off their own documentation.
Grouped the way an MSP actually evaluates: how the thing is sold, what runs on the endpoint, what the service desk does with it, what happens to the money, what protects the data, and what the platform sits on. Where something ships as a separate product rather than inside the one you are comparing, the cell says so — for a buyer that is the whole question.

How this page was checked.
Every capability above was read off the vendor’s own documentation in August 2026 — product pages, help centres and release notes, not review sites or comparison blogs. Where a vendor ships something as a separate product rather than inside the one you are comparing, the cell says so, because for a buyer that is the whole question.
“Not documented” is not the same as “no”, and we do not print it as one. A capability is only marked absent when the vendor says so or when it is structurally impossible — an RMM-only product has no ticket store. Marketing pages are silent about all sorts of things that exist. Every cell claiming a competitor lacks something was handed to a second reviewer whose job was to find evidence it was wrong, and the ones that fell were removed.
Our own column was checked the same way, against the API routes that actually answer rather than our own marketing copy — and it cost us two claims. We had written “general ledger”; what we really ship is sales and purchase journals, AR and AP with reconciliation, supplier ledger cards, bank reconciliation and export to your accounting package, so that is what the row says. This matters because we have shipped a module before whose every route was unregistered and therefore dead, and a feature nobody can reach is not a feature.
Some rows exist because a competitor wins them. That is not modesty — a comparison in which one vendor sweeps every line is not a comparison, and this page has been rebuilt twice already after asserting things about NinjaOne that turned out to be false.
Vendor names and trademarks belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with any of them, and none has reviewed this page. Products change weekly. If a row here is out of date or wrong, tell us and we will check it and correct it.
