What the rate adds up to.
One rate per endpoint, and it does not move: the same €0.75 at 11 endpoints and at 1,000. Free up to 10. These are the figures the arithmetic produces, not an illustrative example.

Contracted uptime SLA, 1-hour phone response, a named CSM and 40 integration hours a year. Private deployment in your own EU region, procurement and security review, migration off an incumbent suite still under contract.
What the rate actually covers.
Three engines, all built in-house and all inside the rate. No OEM licence behind them, no second contract, and no vendor sitting between you and your own data.
Our own protocol, not an OEM licence — end-to-end encrypted, Windows, macOS and Linux. Unlimited concurrent sessions, and recordings land in a central server-side archive instead of on the technician's laptop, so a session is still auditable after that laptop is reimaged.
Full image backup and a ransomware guard running on the agent itself, not a partner product bolted on. 5 GB of pooled storage per endpoint is in the rate; past the pool it is €7/TB, and restores do not carry an egress charge.
Triage and session summaries run on NVIDIA GPUs we own, in our own EU racks, on open-weight models we tune ourselves. Natural-language reporting and the rest of the finance copilot run on a US provider, named on our sub-processor register with every fallback.
FAQ.
Is the free tier really free?+
Yes. The first 10 endpoints are free on every account — not a trial, not a plan you graduate off. Unlimited technicians, the whole platform. No card, no expiry date. Bitdefender GravityZone is the one thing sold separately, at €1 per endpoint.
How are endpoints counted?+
On the previous month’s peak agent count. Decommission a machine and it stops costing you from the following invoice — there is no seat to reclaim and no term to wait out.
What does an endpoint cost?+
€0.75 per endpoint per month, and that is the whole published price — the same rate at 12 endpoints and at 900. Bitdefender GravityZone is €1 per endpoint on top, only if you want it. No tiers, no threshold to cross mid-month, and no arithmetic to redo when the fleet grows.
Why is there only one plan?+
Because a tiered per-endpoint rate applied to a whole fleet makes the bill fall when you grow past a boundary, and capping that away leaves a stretch where extra endpoints cost nothing. Neither is honest to publish. One rate cannot do either. Above 1000 endpoints we quote instead.
What does the 14-day trial change?+
It opens your tenant on Pro so you can use the paid limits from day one. On day 14 you either add a card or fall back to Free and keep 10 endpoints indefinitely. You are never locked out of your own data.
Is there an annual discount?+
Yes — 10% off the rate, so €0.68 per endpoint. The Bitdefender licence is not discounted: we pass it through at close to what we pay, so there is no margin in it to give away.
Is there an endpoint or technician minimum?+
Neither. Technicians are unlimited, and there is no floor under the endpoint count — the first 10 are free and you pay the rate on whatever is above that.
Can I change plan mid-term?+
Yes. Upgrades pro-rate immediately. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.
Do I own my data?+
Yes. Export is one API call. There is no lock-in paragraph in the contract.
Where is my data hosted?+
EU-only, on infrastructure we operate ourselves rather than resold hyperscaler capacity. Some AI features call a model provider outside the EU; all are on our sub-processor register. A dedicated region is available on Enterprise.
Self-hosting?+
Enterprise supports self-hosted deployments in your own EU region.
What currencies?+
EUR by default. RON, USD and CHF are available.
