// one platform · built in the EU · ai-native

Run your MSP
on one thing.
/ Not seven.

Unified PSA · RMM · Remote · Backup · Vault · Billing. Typed API. Published protocols. AI wired into the pipeline — not bolted on a sidebar. European data residency on every plan. Your stack, finally one thing.

// the problem

You don't need
seven tools.
You need one.

Your ticketing has never met your RMM. Remote charges per concurrent seat. Backup alerts live in a fourth inbox. Finance opens a CSV. This isn't a stack — it's a tax on your time.

$ ./scheduling --view=map

Every job, every technician, on one map — live.

Dispatch is not a calendar with addresses typed into it. Jobs sit where the client actually is, technicians report their own position while they work, and the colour of a pin is its live status — so the question "who is nearest, and are they free" is a glance rather than four phone calls.

$ ./mobile --ios --android

The same shift, in a pocket — not a cut-down version of it.

The technician app is not a viewer. A job is started, held and closed from it, the work clock runs against the ticket, photos and signatures attach on site, and an RMM alert can be acknowledged from a van. Whatever a technician does on the phone is the same record the office sees a second later.

It follows the language the account is set to, in all four we ship — a Barcelona technician reads English while the finance desk in Bucharest reads Romanian, off the same ticket. The client-facing portal ships in the same app: your customers get their tickets, invoices and quotes on their own phone, without seeing anything of your operation.

Work time, on the ticket

The stopwatch runs against the ticket, not a separate timesheet — SLA response and resolution stay in view.

The alert, and what to do

The same AI Assist as the desk: acknowledge, resolve, snooze, or turn the alert into a ticket.

./ai --where=loop

AI works the ticket. Not explains it.

No chatbot. No sidebar. AI runs inside the dispatcher, the summariser and the anomaly detector. Strict data boundaries. Most inference in the EU, the rest on named providers. Full audit on every call.

Classify. Route. Under 2s.

Every decision explainable, logged, reversible. Human-in-the-loop by default on low confidence.

nvidia-smi --list-gpus

We own the silicon your data runs on.

MspCoreX is an AI company that bought its own GPUs. Training and most inference run on dedicated NVIDIA hardware in our own EU racks, on open-weight models we fine-tune ourselves. The finance copilot and the alert-assist validation pass run on a US provider, and wherever any other feature falls back to an external model, or is served by a specialised one, that provider is named on our sub-processor register.

▸ 01 · own hardware

Owned, not rented.

NVIDIA accelerators we own and operate. Not rented cloud capacity.

▸ 02 · open weights

Open models, tuned in-house.

Open-weight foundations, distilled and evaluated on our own training node.

▸ 03 · data boundary

Most AI stays on our GPUs.

Most inference runs on self-hosted models in our EU datacenter. The finance copilot and the alert-assist validation pass are primary on a US provider; it and the fallback and specialised-model providers are listed on our sub-processor register, with scope and transfer basis.

Dedicated to this platform, with a training node carrying 1 TB of RAM for long contexts.
